agreement Terms of Use

This document defines issues necessary upon using the Socially Engaged Art Support Grant WEB System (hereinafter referred to as “The System”).
Users of the system are required to thoroughly study this Terms of Use prior to their usage, and agree to the issues declared on this document. System users are acknowledged as they agreeing to this Terms of Use upon using The System.

■ADMISTRIATION OF WEB APPLICATION FORM URL System Users must administrate LOGIN ID and PASSWORD at their own responsibility, and understand that the foundation would not take any responsibility on its administration and/or any related responsibilities deriving from its administration.

■PROHIBITED ACTS / RESTRICTIONS AND CANCELLATIONS OF USAGE Users of The System are prohibited to take actions listed below.
Note accounts could be restricted or unaccepted without any prior acknowledgements, on the occasions of prohibited actions by the User is recognized.

(1)	To use the System for purposes besides making application procedures.
(2)	To make unauthorized access to the System, and amend, replicate, or manipulate its program or any other copyrighted works.
(3)	To intentionally invade administration and operation of the System.
(4)	To make false applications by registering information of other people.
(5)	To send virus infected files towards the System.
(6)	To take other acts interfering and deprecating laws and regulations.

■DISCLAIMER

(1)	The Foundation would not take any responsibility for damages or loss created by Users during their usage of the System.
(2)	Users must solve issues on their responsibilities in the case they harm any third parties upon using the System.
(3)	The Foundation may refurbish, temporary shut-down, pause, or discontinue the System at anytime at their own discretion, without any prior acknowledgement to the Users.
(4)	The Foundation would not take any responsibility in the cases where refurbishment, temporary shut-down, pause, or discontinuance of the System happens as described in the previous clause.

■PROTECTION OF PERSONAL INFORAMATION The Foundation will appropriately administrate and protect all information provided by the System User.
